Braun Station West HOA โ Deed Restriction Inspector (Part-Time Contractor)
We are looking for a Deed Restriction Inspector to help maintain the beauty, safety, and harmony of our neighborhood. This position involves driving through the community, identifying potential deed and covenant violations, and working with homeowners to encourage timely corrections all while maintaining a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused approach.
Responsibilities include:
Proactively patrol the neighborhood weekly to identify deed restriction/covenant violations.
Document and photograph violations with accuracy and detail.
Issue notices in accordance with HOA policies and procedures.
Track and monitor homeowner compliance progress.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents about their violations and the correction process.
Maintain clear and organized records of inspections, notices, and follow-ups.
Prepare simple reports for the HOA Manager and/or Board as needed.
Attend occasional HOA meetings if requested to provide updates.
Follow all HOA guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
Position Details:
Hours: Flexible; approximately 2โ4 hours per week.
Compensation: Hourly rate plus gas allowance.
Status: Independent contractor (1099).
Start Date: ASAP.
Requirements:
Familiarity with HOA covenants, rules, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Computer proficiency (email, basic word processing, photo upload).
Professional, courteous, and diplomatic approach when speaking with residents.
Own reliable vehicle, valid driverโs license, and insurance.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
